ACTIVITY
- Exercise – exercise at least 30-45 minutes daily (10,000 steps a day) can increase your blood circulation which improves long-term health, reduces the risk of heart attacks and stroke as well as lessens the risk of cancer recurrence.
- Sunlight – get sunlight for at least 20 minutes a day, preferably before 9:00 in the morning and after 3:00 in the afternoon. Calcitriol, a hormonally active form of vitamin D can reduce cancer progression and kills cancer cells as well.
- Water – drinking water is one simple and effective way of detoxifying the body because it helps flush out the toxins through urination and defecation.
- Rest – make it a point to have at least 8 hours of sleep a day to help you relax and maintain your body’s homeostasis.
- Coffee enema – boil 3 tbsp. of ground barako coffee in 5 glasses of water. Do this once a day as It helps remove the toxins inside the body especially the liver which is responsible for the filtering of the things that enter our body.
- Charcoal Patch – mix carbon powder with virgin coconut oil until it forms a paste like substance. Apply it over the tumor site and cover it with a gauze pad. Do this twice a day for best results.

- Broccoli – this contains sulforaphane which strengthens the protective enzymes in the body and removes chemicals that causes cancer.
- Cabbage – people who eat cabbage have lower chances of having colon cancer. This contains bioflavonoids that gives protection to cells from free radicals and blocks the growth of tumor cells.
- Carrots – besides beta carotene, carrots also contain carotenoids like alpha carotene and bioflavonoids that are linked to lowered chances of cancer especially lung cancer.
